About ViewFinder

Built by a photographer.
For everyone who loves this craft.

Not a startup. Not an agency. Just a tool built to make photography work better — for the people behind the camera and the people in front of it.

Why I built
ViewFinder.

I'm Adam Grassly, an Oxford student and professional photographer. Running my photography business was harder than it needed to be — chasing invoices, sending WeTransfer links before they expired, managing bookings over WhatsApp threads that went cold.

The tools that existed were either expensive, built for large agencies, or simply didn't talk to each other. I was paying for a portfolio site, a separate booking tool, and a gallery delivery service — none of which were designed with a solo photographer in mind.

I built ViewFinder to fix that. One place for your portfolio, your bookings, your payments, and your galleries — built for photographers who work for themselves. And because I know exactly how tight margins are, the pricing reflects that. This is about supporting the industry, not profiting from it.

Our mission

Photography is a craft.
It deserves better tools.

Supporting the industry

ViewFinder isn't here to extract a cut. It exists to make the photography industry work better for the people in it — not to build a unicorn startup.

Fair & transparent pricing

No hidden fees. No surprise commissions. A flat £5 client fee covers running costs. Photographers keep everything they earn — always.

Built from experience

Every feature exists because a real photographer needed it. Not because a product manager invented it in a meeting.
